4. Your ADT security system will disarm and deactivate the lock when the person is verified as an authorized visitor.
5. You receive immediate alerts as your neighbor comes and goes. The app also offers a complete log. 
6. Once the trusted neighbor leaves, your smart door lock secures automatically to safeguard your home.
